Quality Greeting Cards with Feel Good Words
You can now purchase high-quality greeting cards with OrnaMENTALs Feel Good Words designs! The cards are flat (not folded) with several card stock options.
The greeting cards are available in association with the print-on-demand marketplace Zazzle which allows you to customize them with various choices of paper stock, custom printed text, and more. Zazzle offers big discounts when purchase in quantities more than 25 cards–and they do not have to be all the same design.
Beautiful Card Stock Paper Options
I have set up the cards using the Signature Matte paper as the default choice. Zazzle describes it as “The most popular paper choice, Matte’s eggshell texture is soft to the touch with a smooth finish that provides the perfect backdrop for your chosen designs. 120lb, 17 point thickness.”

- Zazzle’s Artisan Felt White Paper
- Zazzle’s Artisan Kraft Paper

Be Daring! Zazzle’s Kraft paper option could provide an interesting effect for coloring with pencils.
If you would like a more textured artisan paper, consider upgrading to the Artisan Felt White: “A thick and textured bright paper with an embossed woven finish. Designed with a velvety feel and brilliant white color. Made with 100% wind powered electricity. 110lb, 16.6 point thickness.” Either of these papers will provide a lovely coloring surface for any media. If you like to color with an opaque medium such as colored pencils, the Artisan Kraft paper option can provide an interesting effect if you want to be daring!
Note that Zazzle’s cards come with white mailing envelopes at no extra charge.
Customize Your Cards
Color should not bleed through these cards — even for a heavy-handed marker colorist. The backs of the cards have a space provided for you to add custom text. Or you can just clear out the pre-filled text for a blank back that you can hand-write your message on. You can also customize your cards with more text or even images if you’d like.

Here I added a scanned watercolor texture to the card before ordering. It will be pre-printed so there is less coloring to do on the card itself.

This is how I colored the “Oh Happy Day” card showed at the top of this page with the pre-printed background. I went a little crazy with colors!

I absolutely love the designs on these cards. They are fun and easy to color, and can be colored in a relatively short amount of time. The paper quality is absolutely amazing. It is thick (my alcohol based markers didn’t even bleed through), and has a nice texture, which I think is even nicer than most greeting cards. the picture is on the front and on the back is blank for u to fill out (it is not a folded card) if you choose to. This is also nice because it makes these cards easy to frame for family and friends.
I highly recommend these. Family and friends would love to receive these as gifts .

this is the first card I colored. Each card comes with its own envelope as well…

This is one of the cards shown in the video after I colored it. The pink “watercolor” background was pre-printed as shown in the WIP picture and in the video. I used Inktense Watercolor pencils to color the rest of it. The paper of these cards is a joy for coloring with all types of media. You really have to try them! These would be great as little framed gifts as well as cards.

These cards are printed on nice quality card stock with the back ready for your personal message. And of course, the designs are well drawn and fun to color. I would recommend these for anyone looking for something more personal than a store bought card. Go ahead, treat yourself.
